Delivery Information
SUPER FAST RELIABLE DELIVERY
At inKarbon, we make every effort to ensure that orders are processed on the day they are ordered and dispatched from our store on the day it is ordered or the following day. This of course depends on the time the order is placed through the day. We process orders 7 days per week, however they are only dispatched on business days. METHODS OF DELIVERY
We use the most efficient, fast, safe and reliable forms of freight to ensure that you the customer, have an enjoyable experience when shopping with us. We use Australia Post's EParcel service for freight which is calculated at checkout according to your location, as we have found that this is an extremely fast and reliable service and it allows us to deliver to PO Boxes and normal street addresses. This way small and large parcels can be traced in transit to ensure we create a virtually seamless process between you ordering and us getting your order to you in a very prompt fashion. In the event that your parcel takes longer than anticipated to be delivered please contact us at sales@inkarbon.com.au or call us on +61 407 195 378 and we will track your order.
EXPRESS POST OPTION
a) inKarbon offers express post freight calculated at checkout and is usually AU $10 due to the lightweight.
b) PLEASE NOTE: Some destinations are not covered by express post and therefor will not get to your destination faster.
c) inKarbon accepts no liability if your parcel does not get to your destination faster.

Please ensure that you regularly maintain accurate contact details including both work and mobile contact numbers so we can easily contact you should a problem arise with your order.
FREIGHT PROBLEMS
Should you have any concerns about your order or if a delivery has taken longer than anticipated please contact us immediately via sales@inkarbon.com.au or +61 407 195 378. We will track your parcel and keep you as informed as possible on how it is progressing through the freight system.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please remember as most very small parcels go via express post most small orders will be received anywhere in Australia within a few days with very few exceptions. As we are a Western Australian based business, most parcels sent to the Eastern States will take approximately 1 working week, with the exception of country areas which may take slightly longer. Deliveries to the Northern Territory, and Tasmania also typically take one working week for delivery as they need to be transported via road. PLEASE NOTE: We do offer an Express Post option on orders that weight under 5kg. Please see above and in the terms and conditions for more details.
